Service Description

We provide browser-based tools to convert Markdown to DOCX/PDF/HTML (and reverse). Processing happens on your device; we do not operate an account system or server-side file storage. Availability and features may change without notice.

Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to form a contract in your jurisdiction.

Your Content and Responsibilities

• You own your content. You grant us a limited, necessary license to operate the service (e.g., rendering in your browser).
• Do not upload content you lack rights to, or that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• Do not submit sensitive or confidential information; while processing is local, we send file metadata/events to analytics (see Privacy Policy).

Acceptable Use

• Do not violate laws or third-party rights.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the service.
• Do not scrape at a rate that harms performance or circumvents technical limits.
• Do not use the service to generate or distribute harmful, defamatory, or hateful content.

We use third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google AdSense/Funding Choices, Google Fonts, CDN libraries). Their terms and privacy practices apply when they operate. The service is provided “as is” and we are not responsible for third-party services.

Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, and code belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for personal or internal business purposes; no reverse engineering or unauthorized reproduction of protected assets.
